So things have been kinda busy lately and i have neglected my blog!! So i am going to try to make up for it a little bit!! : ) We have had a great fall! The boys are growing like crazy and amaze me everyday with the new things they have learned!! I can't believe that its already Christmas time...but ready or not!!! I hope that everyone has a safe and happy holiday!!

"Sunday Funday!"

Last Sunday the Sam, Broc, Lexie and Deegan came with us to "Sunday Funday"....it was at my friends Tena's gym and we all had a blast!! I was soo happy they came and got to meet some of my new friends! The kids had SO much fun running around the gym and jumping in the foam pit! I could barely keep Connor out of it!! At one point i was sure he was sleeping in there!! lol!

**Halloween**

We had an awesome Halloween! The boys went with their dad for Halloween day so i got to take them trick or treating early!! We went with Broc and Sam and their kids and it was alot of fun! The boys got SO much candy and got to see lots of family!! Seth thought it was so cool cuz he got to go tick or treating twice!! : )

I want to wish my mom a very Happy Birthday!! I am so thankful for everything she has done for me and for the boys!! She has always been there for me whenever i needed her. She has taught me so many things and i don't know where i would be without her! I know that sometimes i don't always tell her how much i love and appreciate her, but i do....more than words can say! So Happy ___th Birthday mom!!! hahaha....I'll let you fill in the blank!! : ) I love you and I hope you have a great day!!!

Riding at the Sand dunes!!

Last weekend me and my boys and parents went riding at the sand dunes, we had such a good time!! Seth has been dying to go and it had rained the night before so the sand was perfect for his little four wheeler!

Here's me and Connor in the Rzr, we had so much fun! Even though it was FREEZING cold and windy! (that is why i look so fabulous!! lol!) Connor did NOT want his picture taken, so that is why he is covering his face with his glove! Not quite sure why he dislikes pictures so much...but i thought it was still cute! : )

Seth climbing the dunes!! I was so amazed at how well he did out there!! He was riding like he had rode out there a hundred times! I was so cute watching him!! He had SO much fun!

What a handsome little man!! I can't believe how big he has gotten! I love my boys so much and i am so lucky to have them in my life!!

Wow...so i haven't posted anything for such a LONG time!! So i will try to do a little update!! Well...since my last post....the boys both started school! Seth is in 2nd grade and LOVES it! He is such a smart little boy! And Connor is in his 2nd year of preschool and also loves it! He goes 3days a week and then still has speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy twice a week! So the weekdays around my house are super busy...to say the least!! But it keeps us on our toes and the boys are doing really well! Connor is really coming a long way with his speech. He is talking more and more each day, and i LOVE IT!!! Every time he says a new word i get so excited!

I can't believe that summer is already over and we are headed into fall/winter!! We had so much fun this summer!! Hopefully winter won't be to brutal, cuz i am so not looking forward to a long winter! But the boys are already excited for Christmas!! ha ha...i know its shocking! lol!

Wow...what a tough spring/summer we've had!! We started out with Connor getting Influenza and having to have IV therapy, then was Seth's wreck into the barb wire fence, and a month later i went into the ER and had to have my gallbladder taken out because it was inflamed and infected and now....Connor has broken his collarbone!! I swear, we need to just rent out a room in the ER, we are their at least once a month!! I really hope that our bad luck streak is at an end!! I am exhausted!!

I can't believe he broke his collarbone!! It's so sad!! He was with his dad last night and was playing in the back of a Rhino and fell out and landed on the pavement! So Mitch ran him into the ER and sure enough it was broken! I had no cell phone service so i didn't even know what had happened until way later last night! I felt horrible!! I am just so happy that my parents, Mitch and Robin were there for him!! He was put in a shoulder brace, arm sling and wrap, which he will probably hafta wear for a couple weeks!! (which knowing Connor is going to be a little challenging!! lol!!) I went and picked him up this morning and he seemed to be in good spirits and not in too much pain. We had to go see grandpa (he's a grandpa's boy for sure!!) and when we got there the first thing he did was run over and climb on a four wheeler!! It was so cute!! Even with a broken bone he is still wanting to ride! ; )

The rest of Connor's day was kind of rough! He has been in ALOT of pain, the hospital gave him Hydrocodone 7.5's and i have been giving him that and Motrin and he still cries every time he moves! I feel so bad for him!! I wish i knew what i could do to make the pain go away! Poor kid!! : ( Hopefully tomorrow will be a little better for him! I am just so thankful that he's OK!! I want to say thanks to all of my family and friends that have called, text, and emailed me!! I am pretty sure i have the best family and friends ever!! Love you all!!! : )

Wow...time has flown by since my last post!! I can't believe how fast our summer is going! It's already time to start school shopping again!! We have had a great summer so far, we have been camping, riding four wheelers, boating, swimming, and just hanging out with family and friends! In the summertime the boys spend one week with me and one with their dad. Which is super hard for me to adjust too!! I miss them like crazy! But i am also happy that they get to spend time with their Grandpa and Grandma Crapo and all of their aunts, uncles and cousins! They always have a blast at grandma Robin's!! I am so thankful for Robin and all that she has done for the boys this summer! : )

I just wanted to wish my dad a Happy Father's Day!!! He is seriously the best dad a girl could ever ask for! He is always there for me, even if i am just calling him to complain! : ) He has done so much for me, especially over the past two years! He has been my rock through these tough times, and no matter how many times i say thank you, i don't think it will ever be enough!! I know that i can always go to him, weather i need advise or just some one to hug me and tell me everything will be okay. I love watching my dad with my boys, his eyes just light up when he sees them! He has taught them both so many things....some not as good as others...lol!! ; ) But they adore and look up to him. Dad, thanks for everything you do, i appreciate it more than you will ever know!! I hope you have a great father's day! I love you!! : )

An update...FINALLY!!

WOW...where do i start?? It has been a crazy month!! On May 22nd i was admitted to the hospital, i had an inflamed and very infected gallbladder! Yeah, no fun!! I was is alot of pain, i started feeling sick three days earlier, and it started with me throwing up and having a fever, so i thought it was just the flu and then i just wasn't getting any better so i finally went into the doctor on Thurs night and he sent me straight to the hospital! My parents came with me to help with the kids, and we spent 8 hours in the ER!!!! At around 3am after lots of blood work, a urine test, and a CT they discovered that my gallbladder was the problem! And said that i would have to have it out ASAP! So my parents went home to get some rest and then i texted Sam and let her know what was going on, and within 30mins she was knocking on my hospital door! It was 4am, and i was so happy to see her!! At around 4:30am they finally moved me up to the 3rd floor, and then i waited some more. I went down to surgery at around 11am, although it didn't start until around 1pm, but i was so exhausted that i just slept. I got out of surgery at around 2:30pm and then went back to my room, where my mom, Sam and my grandma Douglass were waiting for me! I was so sleepy, but super happy to see them! I got to leave at around 6pm and spent the first night at my parents, i would have went home, but Dr. Richards said that he wouldn't release me from the hospital unless i stayed with my parents! My recovery wasn't too bad, the pain after was nothing compared to the pain before the surgery!! I am so thankful for my family, they were all such a great help! I don't know what i would've done without them! : )

SCHOOL'S OUT!!!! Seth and Connor got out of school for the summer on the 29th, which is so nice!! I think i was more excited for summer break then they were! Now i just wish we could have some nice summer-like weather!! Connor is still doing speech twice a week and O.T. once a week and starting next week he will be in physical therapy too...it gets kinda exhausting keeping up with his schedule, but i think he is starting to make progress and i am loving it!!!

The boys and i are all finally healthy and hopefully we will be able to stay out of the hospital for a while!!! I think we have me our accident/emergent hospital visits for the year!! : )

I just wanted to say how lucky i am to have two amazing little boys!! I love them with all my heart! Being a mom is definitely the hardest thing i have ever done, but also the most rewarding!! It's crazy because i can't even imagine my life without them! Whenever they gone for the weekend, or even a day, i go crazy! It's so boring!! I love how no matter how mad i get at them, Seth can say something totally off the wall, or Connor can give me a goofy look and i will bust up laughing!! I can never stay mad at them! : ) They have taught me so much! Patience for sure!! I can't tell you how many times i have been locked out of my house (or car!) by Connor and i have to spend ten minutes trying to convince him to unlock the door...i am sure my neighbors get such a kick outta that! lol!! : ) and when he finally lets me in, he is laughing at me and saying, "haha, mommy!!" so how can i get mad at that! ; )

So last weekend i let Connor and Lexie play outside. I heard Connor yelling "mommy" so i ran to the door and look what i was met with....a WORM!! Or as Connor says it a "woum", it was so funny!! He was so excited! He tried to get me to let him bring it in the house, so it could watch t.v. with him! But me being the kill joy i am, said no. So he put it back outside and then watched t.v. for a few minutes and the ran back outside, then he came back in the house and said "mommy woum gone" he was so upset!! It was the funniest thing i have ever seen, i didn't even know he could say worm, let alone liked them so much!!

He went to school and is starting to get some of his energy back!! I am so thankful for all my family and friends who have asked about how Sethis doing, it really means alot to me!! I love you all!!

So we had a pretty scary Saturday...Seth and Connor went with my sister and Lexie to the Menan Easter egg hunt and i went to do my cousin's hair. Well after the hunt they went back to my parents house so that the kids could ride four wheelers and motorcycles. Well Seth started riding his motorcycle and was having a blast, but he got going to fast and crashed into a barb wire fence!!! My mom, dad, and Sam ran over to him and he was tangled up in the fence they got him out and this is what they found....

Seth WAS wearing a helmet, and it shifted sideways when he wrecked so he got a really bad cut on his right ear and on his lip! He also had a lot of other cuts and scrapes, and a black eye!

So my parents put him in the pickup and headed for the hospital! Sam called me and let me know so i also headed to the hospital. She also called Dr. Wilson, the Dr. we work for who is also a plastic surgeon, and he said that he would meet us there!! So we got to the ER and Dr Wilson checked him out and said that he would need to take him to the OR and put him out so he could debrid and suture his lip and ear. So after about an hour of surgery he came back to the room, and he looked so much better!! Thanks Dr. Wilson, your the best!!

The missing tooth...

So it's official......Seth lost his first tooth!! Finally! (and of course it has to be a front tooth!) It's been loose for about two weeks, and i have been so excited for him to finally lose it and of course it happens when he's at his dad's house! I am kinda bummed that i missed it, but Seth was so excited to show it to me! I just can't believe how big Seth is getting! He is an amazing little boy, he is always making me laugh!! Its crazy that he is almost finished with first grade! I went to his parent-teacher conference a couple weeks ago and his teacher told me that he is doing awesome! He had A+ in Spelling, B+ in Reading and B+ in Math. She also said that she really enjoys having Seth in her class, she said that he can always make her laugh! She said that one day in class he was kinda hyper and wasn't paying attention and she said, "Seth, sometimes you make me want to thump you" (which by the way she would never do, she is the nicest lady ever!) and she said that Seth replied by saying, "well, its a good thing you like me so much then!" : ) Yep, that's my Seth!

On Saturday I took the boys to see Monsters vs Aliens in 3D, and if you haven't seen a movie in 3D you should definitely try it! It was so much fun!! The kids LOVED it!! Especially Seth! Connor, however, wanted nothing to do with the 3D glasses! I tried to get him to wear them and he just kept saying "no mommy" and telling me "shhh..." so he watched the whole thing without the glasses. I am always a little nervous taking the boys to see a movie, because as most of you know, my boys can get a little rambunctious!! ; ) But they were soooo good!!! They both sat through the whole movie! (and for Connor that is quite the accomplishment!!) I was so proud of both of them...they are getting so big!! I also got my mom to go with us, and she loved the movie too! I was so happy that she came!! Then after the movie we went out to my parents house and rode four wheelers, until we got too cold!! Then on the way home last night, Seth said, "mom, your the best mom ever!" Which pretty much made my day! = )

On Sat. March 7th my baby boy will be 7 yrs old!! I can't believe it!! He is growing up so fast!! He is an amazing little man, i love him with all my heart! I just wanted to post a few things that i love about Seth:

My dad suprised Connor with his very own fourwheeler!! Connor and Seth shared a fourwheeler all last summer which worked out great, but dad said its time that Connor gets his own!! Connor was so excited!! He loves it! I can't wait til it warms up a little more so he can start riding! My dad plowed little trails out in his yard so the kids could do a little bit of riding, it was so much fun!! Although Connor was still pretty sick so he didn't get to play outside too much. But me and Broc broke them in! And just so everyone knows i smoked him when we were racing!! lol!! (just had to mention that because we all know how bad broc hates losing!!) = )

An update on Connor....

Connor got his IV out on Thursday and he was more than happy to see it go!! It was so funny to watch him try to play with it in. At first it made him so mad that he had to take his IV bag with him wherever he went, and then he started getting used to it and would just drag it around. (or yell for me too!!) He got some of his energy back on Wed night and was playing with Lexie, and she thought that Connors IV bag was a purse so she took off with it, and yep it was still attached to Connor...ouch! I tried to keep Connor in most of the weekend, but on Sat. he got a new fourwheeler so i had to let him ride it!! So I bundled him up and we rode! We had a blast!! I am so releived that Connor is feeling better!! Next year he is getting the Flu shot for sure!!!

I took Connor to the Doctor this morning because he was running a fever, coughing and was breathing really shallow. They tested him for influenza and it came back positive. So now we are starting him on medication and because he is dehydrated and has lost two pounds in two weeks they are also starting an IV to give him fluids. I have to take him back to the Dr. tomorrow and let them check him again. I feel so bad for poor little Connor, i hate seeing him like this. So hopefully after the IV and meds he will be feeling better and he will be back to himself!!

So it's been a while since i posted anything so i thought i should do a little update. We had a wonderful Christmas, the boys got spoiled and so did i thanks to my parents and Sam and Broc!! I love those guys so much!! I also found out that i was going to be an aunt again, and i am so excited!! We also had a great New Years, we spent it with family and friends eating and playing wii, i couldn't have asked for more!! : )

Seth is still loving school and doing very well in it! He loves riding the bus and playing with all of his friends. He also had me get him some boy perfume (as he calls it) so that he will smell good so that he can have 6 girlfriends instead of just 3!! Boys are so funny!!

Connor is also still loving school! He goes two days a week and they he has speech two days(soon to be three days) a week and OT one day a week. He is a busy little guy!! I think he is starting to make progress, which is so nice!! His new favorite movie is Wall-E, and its so funny because he can say Wall-E just like they say it in the movie!! Sooo cute!!

Connor was kind of a pill, he doesn't really like doing family pics, mostly because he has to hold still for longer than a few seconds, but i still think we got some really cute ones!! Things i am thankful for...

As most of you know this past year has been one of the hardest ones for me. I have been through alot, and it seems like just when i think things are starting to look up, then i am hit with something else! I know that i won't be dealt more than i can handle, and i think that everything that has happened has made me a stronger woman. I know that i wouldn't be where i am now with out the help of my family and friends!! My dad has been there and helped me through more than i would have ever imagined, we have become so much closer over the past year. I always tell him thank you and that i love him, but some how i just don't think i could ever say it enough! The other day i had to ask him for some money to get some Christmas gifts for the boys, and it was one of the hardest things i have ever done, not because i was afraid he would say no, but because i hated to admit that i needed help. And i joked with him and said sorry, i bet you feel like a ATM, and he said "No, i feel like your dad". How cute is that!! It almost made me cry! I love my mom and dad so much, and i truly appreciate everything they do!

I also want Sam and Broc to know how much i appreciate them and all they have done for me. Sam helps me out with the boys so much, i don't know what i would do with out her!! She is always running the kids around for me so that i don't have to leave work, and i hope she knows how much it really helps me out! I love you both and i love little lou lou, she always knows how to make me smile!!

I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!! I know i am a couple days late, but its been kinda crazy!! I want all my friends and family to know that i love them, and i am so happy they are in my life.

another sleepless night...

Well i took Connor to the doctor yesterday morning and he said that he doesn't have the stomach flu. But he wasn't sure what was going on, so they are going to run some tests too see what they can find. They are thinking it's some kind of bacterial infection in his stomach. So of course Connor acted pretty good all day and then at 1am he started throwing up again! Poor kid! I know that the lack of sleep is making me exhausted, i can't imagine how he feels!! So hopefully i will know what is going on later today!! Thanks for every ones comments!! I will keep ya posted!!

My sick little bug...

Poor Connor has been so sick lately, it started about 3 weeks ago, he threw up a couple times and then he acted like he was getting better so, i thought it was just the flu. Well then a couple days later he was running a fever and would just hold his head and cry, so i took him into the doctor and they told me that he had an ear infection. So after five days of fever, crying and no sleep for either of us, he started acting better. So i thought, finally we are over this!! Then last Friday night he spent the night at his Grandma Robin's and he started throwing up again! So i took him back to the doctor on Saturday and they told me, he just has the flu. Which i didn't think that was what was going on, but hey, i didn't go to med school, so i figured they know more than i do! Well he threw up all weekend and then acted better on monday, so all week he acted pretty good. And then i woke up at 3am this morning to him throwing up AGAIN!! So he threw up all morning and then acted fine until about 8pm and then it started all over again! I feel so bad for him, i just wish he could talk to me and tell me what was going on! So first thing tomorrow i am taking him back to the doctor and hopefully we can find out what the heck is going on!! Because i am having a really hard time believing that he just keeps getting the flu!

On Wensday night I took the boys to boo @ the zoo, we had a blast!! Sam, Broc and Lexie came and we met Carie, Brinley, Colby and Ryder there. The kids so much fun!! and they got a ton of candy! And of course we couldn't get all the kids to look at the camera at the same time so this was the best we got! : )

Connor picked his costume out online, i tried to have him get something "cute" vs scary, but he wanted this one! I think he looks pretty cute! ummm...i mean scary! Seth was batman and he looked awesome too, unfortunately for me he would never let me get a pic of him! So i am hoping that Sam has one!! The boys had fun trick or treating i took them to all their grandpa's and grandma's (which by the way is ALOT!) They got tons of candy and got to see alot of their cousins! Then the boys got to spend the night at grandma Robin's, she kept all the grandkids and they had a sleep over! So we had a pretty good Halloween, but i am happy its over! I am exhausted!! : )

These are the pictures of the boys and i making dried apples. They had so much fun helping! Seth would peel the apples and i cored them and they Connor got to turn on the food processor (with mommys help of course!). It was so funny because almost as fast as i was putting them on the trays Connor and Lexie were taking them off and eating them!! So i finally had to tell Connor to help mommy put them on the tray, they were cut in round slices and i would cut them in half and put them on the trays. Well Connor couldn't quite figure out how i was doing it, so he would just take a bite out of the slice and then put it on the tray!! It was so funny!! so i just had to take pictures of Connor's apples!!

So one of my biggest fears is the dentist, yeah i know kind of a silly thing to be scared of, but the drilling noise and the smell drives me crazy!! So i waited WAY too long to get a cleaning and one day i had a really bad tooth ache so i went in and had a cleaning and found out that i needed some cavities filled and not one...or two...but THREE root canals!!! So i have been frequenting the dentists office! I have also decided to try the gas, and well if you haven't tried it, you should! It just makes you relaxed and not realize how long you have been there, i love it! So anyways i have learned a big lesson with this one! So my advise is to go to your six month cleanings now matter how much you dislike it, putting it off just causes bigger problems!!

On Saturday the boys stayed at my mom and dad's house, they love going to grandpa and grandma Douglass's house! Especailly because they get to ride!!! My boys LOVE to ride! Luckily my parents have pretty big yard so they can race around their house. And usually me or my dad gives Connor rides on the fourwheeler while Seth zooms around on the motorbike. But when i got to my dad's house he was working on the little fourwheeler, and when i asked him what he was doing, he said i am gettin' the fourwheeler ready, cuz this weekend i am gonna teach Connor how to ride!! It is so cute watching my dad teach them how to drive the fourwheeler, he hooks a rope from his fourwheeler to the little one and follows them around and when they aren't paying attention or ar going the wrong way he stops and so do they! : ) Connor likes to go fast, so he was full throddle the whole time and my dad had to keep slowing him down! Connor did really well, he only hit a few trees and tipped over once! haha...not too bad for a 3 year old! : )

So the other day i was cleaning my house when Connor started yelling for me. So i went to see what he needed and when i got to him, he just wanted to show me a little ant that was on the kitchen floor. It was so funny because he was freaking out, you would have thought it was going to eat him or something! Then he looked up at me and smiles and runs off. Then i hear the cupboard doors slam shut and he comes running back with the bottle of Windex and starts spraying the ant!!! I just started laughing, and then i noticed a bunch of little blue stains on the kitchen floor and realized that this was not the first time he had attacked the ants with the windex. So if you have an ant problem try windex!! : )

Connor's school open house!!

Yesterday was Connor's preschool open house! It was so fun to meet the teacher and see the classroom. Connor loved it! He didn't want to leave!! I am so excited for him to start, i think it will really help with his speech! So now Connor will go to speech twice a week and preschool twice a week. So hopefully he will be talking in no time!! He also gets to ride the bus to school which i know he will love! His aunt Sam and Lexie came with us to the preschool and Lexie loved it too. I think she would be going to school with him if she had her way, they are quite the pair!! : )

Seth's 1st day of school!!!

Thursday was Seth's first day of school, he was so excited!! He is in 1st grade, and he got to meet his teacher and principle the night before at back to school night. Which his awesome aunt "bob" had to take him because i had the flu! Thanks BOB!! He gets to ride the school bus this year, he was so excited! It was kinda sad seeing my little boy leave on the school bus, he is getting so big!! I was so proud of him he got on the bus and waved bye to me, like he had done it a thousand times! It was so cute!! Connor was so upset to see him go, he wanted to go to school too!! I had to take a picture while Seth was waiting for the bus and i told them to smile and Seth said we can't smile because the sun is blinding us!! It was so funny, so i had to post the pic above!! : ) Seth said that he has a "awesome first day!" He made some new friends and loves his teacher! He also thought that school lunch was the coolest thing ever! I can't believe that he is already in first grade, he is growing up so fast!!

Camping!!

We went camping last weekend in Driggs, along the Teton River. We had a blast!! We went on a really fun fourwheeler ride to pack saddle lake. The boys loved it!!

There was also a swing there and Broc made the mistake of daring me to try it so...i did. I was really fun. Then of course broc had to try it to so that i would stop calling him a wuss!! : )

Connor's 3 years old!!

Well i haven't posted anything for a while, we have been super busy! Connor turned 3 years old on August 9th!! I can't believe how big he is getting!! He got to have his birthday party at our family reunion and he had a blast!! After every present he opened he would say "mommy mine" it was so cute. He couldn't believe that they were all his! He is going to be starting preschool on the 29th and he is so excited! I am sure he will have so much fun, he loves to play and meet new people. I think it will also help alot with his speech problems. He is still going to speech twice a week and he is starting to talk alot more, i love it!

Spray Park!
